Exclusive Finishes at 5621 Maggie Run Lane, Fuquay Varina, North Carolina.

We were pleased with the paint job to the exterior to our house. We had to have Rich (the owner) come back out to apply another coat to our deck because the painters missed so many spots. He insisted on using Behr paint from Home Depot because of their "excellent warranty". The exterior of the house is in good condition. The product that he used on the deck (Deck Over) did not adhere well. It also holds onto dirt and will not wash away. Rich agreed that there was an issue and that he would come back to clean the deck and recommended we reapply another product. He stalled for over 1 year for because of various reasons. ( family death, pollen, heat, rain, scheduling issues, forgetfulness, color not on file) He never followed through with what he said he would do. I attempted to schedule with him 11 times. Every Time he failed to follow through. We started talking about this warranty Issue June 2015 and it is still unresolved. Very poor communication and follow through. Once he has your money, he is not coming back. He was recommended by a friend and since then other friends have shared that they have had similar issues with him. I would not recommend Exclusive finishes to anyone.
